January's love from our clients
How we stacked up compared to last month
We are on Fire (in a good way!), breaking more records in the first month of January!
We have the most number of new projects posted in a single month, most number of new clients in a single month, highest revenue in a single month… and our graphs are looking super sexy with beautiful up swings lol!
In all seriousness, though, our team has been working incredibly hard to make all of this happen and everyone has been pulling their weight and then some. I'm so very proud of our team!
Not only are our number of replies at an all-time high with 873 more than last month, our median first response time is still holding steady at 3 minutes. Congrats to our support team for staying very dedicated and committed to helping answer every one of our visitors, clients, and experts questions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In & out
I’d like to take a moment to welcome our newest support team member, Jasmine Cao, to the team! She is based in Europe and will be a big help in keeping our response times low as we continue to grow and scale.
I’d also like to acknowledge and wish one of our senior in-house developers, Liam Bailey, who has been a tremendous asset to the team, the very best as he has decided to return to being one of our premier experts. We’re sorry to see him go, but also very happy to have him returning to our team of experts to help complete projects for clients. He’s a brilliant backend developer and I know our clients will be lucky to be working with him once again. :)

We are beta testing our new retainer program and it - is - Awesome!! We’re thoroughly testing everything to work all the kinks out, but so far, it’s really great and we’re very excited to share it with our clients and experts!
Please don’t worry about the details quite yet as we’ll putting together nice helpful tutorials about what it is, how to use it, how it will benefit everyone to make working with our experts simpler and more efficient when having work done on a continuous basis. We have so many clients funding projects manually month after month to continue working with their same expert (thank you!) and so this will really streamline the process.
WordCamp Europe 2017: we'll be there
We’re also getting geared up for the next WordCamp Europe (WCEU) 2017 in Paris and we just got our tickets for our team! This is such a great conference and so much fun!
Every year our number of Codeable experts who attend keeps growing and it’s amazing seeing everyone in person and seeing all of the Codeable shirts around the event! The first year I attended was in Spain (2015) and we were the pink army lol (Matteo still use them on his Changing Lives interviews)! I believe there were around 20 of us… Last year (2016) was in Vienna and we were all wearing yellow Codeable shirts and there were around 50 of us! Now in 2017 in Paris, I’m not positive what the color and theme will be, but we’re expected to have our largest turnout of experts ever and we’re super excited!!!
If you haven’t bought your tickets yet, I highly recommend attending! It’s the largest WordCamp event in the world and in one of the most beautiful locations in the world.
