How we stacked up compared to last month

We had a big change up to our Happiness Department in the month of August. Kendra is no longer with us as she followed her passion to a full time teaching position at an American University in France. We were sorry to see her go, and wish her the very best in her new career!

This left us with an open position that needed to be filled for a new Happiness Hero and so we decided to look within. There is a Codeable expert who really embodies the Happiness Hero mindset and who we felt would make a great addition to our team in-house. He’s a wonderful developer and a marvelous communicator and we’d like to take a moment to welcome Raleigh Leslie to the team!

Raleigh is based along the West coast of the USA and has allowed us to now offer live support for 21 hours per day. As a result of our new organizational structure, our median first response time is now an incredible 3 minutes, down from 5 minutes last month, while the number of tickets, conversations, and replies are all up compared to last month. So even though we’re busier, our response time still dropped by 2 whole minutes!

What’s to come?

Even more growth as a result of our partnership with Automattic/WooCommerce which continues to mature and blossom. We're continuing to screen and onboard new experts to help keep up with client demand.

We are also beta testing our brand new platform which is scheduled to launch in the next month. This is super exciting and a long time coming. Our entire site will now be fully responsive, look and function great on all size devices, and provide for a better experience for both our clients and experts.

As soon as we’re ready to launch, we’ll keep everyone posted. It’s gonna be sweet!
