Code Addicts grew out of a traditional web agency. Clients kept asking us to connect their websites to everything else (their CRM, accounts and booking tools), so in 2018 we launched Code Addicts to focus on exactly that: automation and bespoke software, with websites that plug into the rest of the business. What I can help with: - Enquiries and data. A form is filled in, the right person is told, the CRM is updated and the customer gets what they need. No more copying between your website, CRM, accounts and spreadsheets. - Quotes, documents and chasing. Quotes, PDFs and reports made from information you already collect, with follow-ups and reminders sent without anyone having to remember. - When off-the-shelf won't do. Custom plugins, API integrations and systems built around how you actually work. - Websites that work. WordPress and WooCommerce sites, shops and bookings that bring in work and connect to the rest of your business. - Rescues and support. Hacked or slow sites, projects other developers left unfinished, and ongoing maintenance. I don't start with a tool. I start with the job you want gone, then pick the right approach: a workflow tool like n8n, Zapier or Make for fixed steps, AI where a job needs judgement, or custom code when nothing else fits. No need to change the software you already use. I handle every project from start to finish, so you never have to explain your business twice. Nathan was great. He understood the scope and quickly was able to get an API feed tested and live. He also fixed an immediate and timely issue with our website, due to another contractor that was unresponsive. This was a huge relief. I would highly recommend Nathan.

Nathan was a lifesaver. My site had been compromised in a malware attack, was stuck on an outdated version of PHP, and crashed every time anyone tried to update it because of old custom code. Nathan completed a thorough security audit and cleanup, fixed the custom theme and plugin so the site now runs on PHP 8.4, updated WordPress, removed an unauthorized owner from Search Console, and helped me move my DNS to Cloudflare. What stood out most was his communication. He explained everything in plain language, answered every question I asked, and sent a detailed written record of what was checked and changed. He was honest about what he could and couldn't estimate up front, and when the work ran slightly over, he told me right away and offered not to charge for it. After a very stressful experience with my website, I finally feel like it's secure and in good hands. I highly recommend Nathan and will continue working with him.
